What kind of vendors are you looking for? 
All quality items that have been handmade, designed, painted, created by you! Any unique small business that wants to succeed! Vintage and re-purposed items, such as clothing and decor, that you can’t find anywhere else. If you are unsure if your items fit, please apply and we will be able to let you know! We are not accepting any MLM or party businesses.

Can I take all my items out of Krafty Stash whenever I want or need to?
Vendors need to inform us at least 48 hours in advance to remove items and we will do all we can to accomodate their needs. If a Vendor removes all items, they may lose their spot at our store as we will need to refill their position with other items.  


How long will you let me have my product in Krafty Stash?
As long as it keeps selling we would love to let you sell your items in our store! We wish for all small businesses and entrepreneurs to succeed. Please keep in mind that if we feel your items no longer fit in our requirements, we have the right to terminate our agreement with you.


What kind of marketing and incentives will be provided? 
We will be running monthly incentives that will include store credits, discounts, and even prizes. We have and will continue to work to get the word out there that Krafty Stash is the place to shop! We need help from our vendors to spread the word so would expect that our vendors will share with their customers where they can find their items in a physical storefront.

Can I have customers pickup their order at the shop?
Yes. We encourage you to send costumers into the shop. Please keep in mind that all items picked up at the shop will need to be paid thru our POS system at time of pickup. This will ensure we keep a good inventory as well as track any corresponding fees.


What is your return policy?
All our items are handmade and difficult to replace as our vendors take a lot of time and care on each product; they are not mass produced as in other major retailers. Because of this we do not accept returns on handmade items. We do accept exchanges for clothing.


What are your store hours?
We are open 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM Tuesday-Friday. Saturday 10 AM- 2 PM Closed Sunday & Monday.


Are Vendors responsible for pricing and tagging their items?
Yes


Are Vendors responsible for the set up of their items?
No. We place your products wherever we feel is best and will provide all hooks and necessary material for display. If you have further questions or concerns around display you may always reach out to us via email.


How will I know which of my items are doing well?
We will be tracking all inventory in our store. We will inform our Vendors of which items need to be replenished. Our Vendors are also always welcome to come to the store and check their inventory during normal business hours.

What if a customer requests a custom order?
We will have business cards or contact information from all our Vendors and encourage custom orders! We want your business to grow with us!
